"A Fair Cow"
"I have a cow, down my way which reaches over the fence and chews up my garden," said a councillor at last night's meeting of the Levin Borough Council when the question of racing stables being built within the borough was being discussed. "I've got a horse but I call it a cpw," was the comment of another councillor.
