Hayward), the conferenee decidcd tg endorse the rcmarks of the chainnan (Mr. W. F. I-Ialel yesterday when he said that' it scemed grosslv unfair jthat the exchauge should be a-lteral after a soven-year contrnet had just be.en negotiated in London for dairy produce. Mr. Sinclair withdrew his resolution | in favour of that cvcntually passcd.
