Western Nations Heading To Totalitarianism

All the Western Nations were headed towards totalitarianism, Dr. Emil Brunner, of Zurieh University, told a puhlic meeting t of the World Council of Churches. He said Communism was more danggrous than Capitalism because it did not permit criticism or cprrection. ' ' Totalitarian ^fates w.ere ' a real social evil of our .time, ' ' he said. . . N ationalisation of industry was the sure road to a totalitarian State, de-spAe-'-the deniocratic ideals and in-, tentions of those who propagated it. Once the economy was nationalised, the totalitarian State was there whether one wanted it or not.
