Mon hotwoon 18 and 24 will registor hy inid-Sept oinber, inoroaKing the total regist rations to 0,600, 000. Ten tliousand of thoso who regist oreti tqdav will enter tlie Anny in Xoveniher. Other Army otillups will bo ntade later. The Navy and Air Foroe have so far liot -l'equisitioned for men as they expeot their needs will ho mot hy vohintarv onlistmonts for at least the next 18 inontlis. All men now under 25 years who served in the iSeoond World War, are required to registor but are exoniptod from sorviec. In Xew Vork and several other oentres young men appeared today with jitacards ojiposing the draft but there were 110 clashes with tlio police or military.
