Declining Yugoslav Aid To Greek Guerrillas

LONDON, Aug. 31'. Yugosiav aid to the Markos guerrillas has been declining since the Cominform break with Yugoslavia, stated a highly-placed neutal observer quoted by the Associated Press' Athens correspondent. General Markos personally visited Marshal Tito requesting more help, but Marshal Tito refused, added the observer. Unconfirmed reports state that the Yugosldvs have put into a concentration camp guerrillas who crossed the border from the Kaimakochalan area.
