Other adjustments were made in the rules and Qltjcials of botli countries expressed the view that in conseqnence a further iuterchange of visits would be made more practicable. The president of Ihe New Zealand Association, ^Trs. H. D. Muir, said that the council 's decisions regarding the rules wquld come into force in 194S' season. The conditions under whieh games between Australia and New Zealand will be played in future will be decided aflcr consultation with alfiliated associations in the two countries. Australia will eontinue to plav seveil-a-side and New Zealand nine-a-side games.
