Received Monday, 7 p.m. BRISBANE, August 30. v A father watehed his son and three other people drown when a 12-foot dinghv in which tcvo youths and two girls were rowing from St. Helena Island to the mainland, near Brisbaue, capsized. The father of one youth was watching through binoeuKrs and saw the boat turn over in a squall about 11 miles from shore. Seven boats jiatrolled in the darkness searching foi tlie ovorturned dinghv to which it was t hought some survivors miglit be clinging but no trace of the bodies has been found.
