WELLINGTON, August 19. Mr. Nash, int^rviewed, said the interests of primar-y producers would he safeguarded. The guaranteed price system would operate just as ' in the past. The value of import licences had been worked out on the old basis. "We| have the same funds in London," said Mr. Nash.
