Lamarr's Case To Proceed
. A judge has refuse'd Look Magazlne's plea to throw out the suit brought by Hedy Lamarr on the grounds that Look Magazine held her up to ridicule and scorn. Hedy is elaiming £70,000 damages. The beautiful star alleges that an artiele made it appear that she had had her nose altered by plastic surgery.
