Wellington Indoor Bowlers Visit Levin
On Saturday last the Levin Indoor Bowling Club received a visit from members of the Wellington Bowung Association, the visitors proving the winners by 14£ games to 6J. A feature of the day's play was the manner in which the Wellington teams combined, demonstrating the fact that teams should work 'as a unit, each player doing his or her bit by playing to the required positions to build leads on a sound basis. On Wednesday, August 4, a number of Levin players travelled to Foxton to give a devonstratlon and epdeavour to start a club there.
