Second Victim of Tangimoana Accident
PALMERSTON N., Aug. 10. The second death from injuries feceived in the acqident near1 Tangimoana on Saturday occurred: at an eariy hour this4 morningi when lieuben Haughton Pidweil, aged about 38, millhand, of Tangimoana succumbed. The other victim was Eric J.-Rive, aged 2 i. /_ They were two of three men- in a/truck which left the road, turn-J : ed completely over and came to' rest on itss wheels. The thirci Qccupant was seriously injured. A total of 48 children, 24 boys and 24 girls, left Palmerston North 1 for the- Otaki Health Camp yester- ' day. Thirty children have been noininated by the school nurse as i well as four applications already accepted, to fill their places when . their period at the camp is over.
