WELLINGTON, August 6. At question time in the House of Rbpresentatives today, Mr. M. H. Oram (Nat., Alanawatu) gave notice to ask the Prime MiRister whether he would take steps to see that our system o-f justice is not brought into disrepute by the Government 's habit of appoin-ting persons with the appellation of Judge who are liable to be required to gi'Ye evidence before tribunals eoncerning their actions or decisions and to be forced to submit to cross-examination by a CommurAt near Communist ot fellow-travell. - -"voeates.
