Finally tonight, "Carnegie Hall," featuring some of the world's greaA est artists of grandest music. THURSDAY AND FRIDAY Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer's unusual new film, "My Brother Talks to Horses" sereens on Thursday and Friday at the Regent Theatre. The picture, which is set at the turn of the last century, deals with a youngster's amazing ability to communicate with animals. Helmut Dantine and Andrea King are teamed again as co-stars of Warner's "Shadow Of A Woman," suspenseful film drama of murder find mystery. Others featured in an excellent supporting^ cast are: Don McGuire, Dick Eriman, John Alvin and William Prince.
