A copv of the letter has been senf to the Government of India, 'Says the Daily Telegraph's New Dellii cbr- •* respondent, who added that the implica- i tion of Mr. Atffee?s letter is understood to be the unresferved aceeptance Ji pf the Government of India 's terms.
