LEVIN BOROUGH COUNCIL NOTICE OF SPECIAL ORDER JSjOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, at a Special Meeting of the Levin Borough Council, held on the 19th day of July, 1948, a resolution was passed, the purport of which is as follows: — 1. That a Special Loan of TWO THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED POUNDS (£2,300), to be known as the "Levin Borough Municipal Abattoir Loan (1948)," be raised by the Levin Borough Council for the purpose of reimbusing the Council's Abattoir Revenue Account the amount expended therefrom on making extensions and improvements to the Levin Municipal Abattoir. 2. Prescribing the term of the said Special Loan and the rate of interest payable thereon. 3. Prescribing the terms of repayment of the said Special Loan. 4. Prescribing that the payment of interest and repayment of principal shall be made in New Zealand, and that no portions of interest or repayment shall be made cut of Loan money. 5. Prescribing the rate payable for brokerage, underwriting and procuration fees in respect of the raising of the said Loan. 6. Prescribing the Special Rate that will be levied over the Borough as security for the said Special Loan.
