Received Thursday, 10.5 a.'m. LONDON, July 21. The Minister' of Food, Mr. John Strachey, announced hr the House of Commons this afternoon that bread and flour rationing ends on July 25. The Ministry of'Fobd announced that the domestic milk allowance from July 25 will be reduced from three pints 'to' 2'i plnts weekly.
