FINAL FIGURES FOR KOGARAH
SYDNEY, July 19. The Liberal l'arty candidato, Mr. J). D. Cross, scored a clear victory over thc Labour candidato, Mr. II. W. Oxford, in the Kogarah by-election'.*' The final figuros are:— Cross, 12,800;' Oxford. 11,904; informal, 430; majority for Cross, 83G. The swing from Labour- since the pre'vious election 14 months ago is estimated at 1G per cent.
