BIBLE TRUTH Do You Appreciale The Bible? ] It is a proverbial failing of human nature that it does not appf eciate at their true value things that are common, plentiful, cheap, yet indispensable. Sunlight, air, water, good health, etc., are little valued, often despised, while possessed, though man cannot live without them. Things scarce, though wholly non-essential, as gold, fame, power, etc., claim strenuous and devoted efforts to attain, to the present and eternal destruction Of the seekers. So also worldly literature, novels, etc., the mudgrovelling products of human minds, sinful, flesh-pleasing, ignorant of present realities and fufure events, fill the reading activities of most people. While the Bibie, the wholly-inspired and infallible Word of God (Heb. 1:1, 2 Tim. 3:16, 2 Pet. 1:21), the only means of man's enlightenment unto 'Salvation (Acts 20:32, 2 Tim. 3:15), is for the most part neglected, unread,t despised, rejected; though found a's a dusty ornament in almost every home,
