The passing of the years has seen her iivmg quietly; it is only during the last 'few years, however, that this phampion of independence has ceased to rnilk her own cow. Apart ■ from one recent visit to hospital, Mrs. Dug!gan had enjoyed good health. She had often made the statement that she was healthy and happy because she walked wherever she went. Although gradualiy declining, her passing was unexpected, and came as a shock to a wide circle of friends. Mrs. Duggan leaves an adult family of three sons and two daughters to mourn their loss, her husband having predeceas'ed' her many years ' ago. "There •• are several grandchildren.
