'PHONE 224S LEVIN BOROUGH COUNCIL NOTICE OF SPECIAL ORDER MAKING BY-LAW NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, at a Special Meeting of the Levin Borough Council, held on Monday, the 21st day of June, 1948, a resolution was passed, by way of Special Order, making a By-Law. Such resolution will be submitted for confirmation at the Ordinary Meeting of the Council, tj be held on Monday, the 19th day of July, 1948, at the Council Chambers, Bath Street, Levin, at the hour of 7.30 p.m. The object and purport of the proposed By-Law, which is to be known as "The Levin Borough Council B-Law No. 9 (1948)," is to' amend Clause 8 of Part XII of the "Borough of Levin By-Law No. 1 (1923)" to allow any person of 18 years or over to enter into or upon or remain or be in a licensed Billiard Room.
