Union stating timi the original ilouudaries Uonunission .in lt'21 deiiuitely excluded Foxton from the Manawatu area, and that when the eombineu Manawhenua Unioji separaled majis wero prepared to deiine boundaries and signed as correet by both Manawata and Horowhenua Unions with Foxton in Horowhenua. The letter stated that Ihe N.Z. Union was withholding a decision and inviting cojuaieat from Manawatu. It was said that no copy of the maps referred to could be found in the records of the union, nor had Ihe matter been conlirnied in the minutes at Ihat time. However, if the maps sliowed that the bouiularies had been ratilied by officials of the union, the union would stand by them. •The Foxton anfl Awahau Clubs are to be given copies of the N.Z. Rugby Uniou's letter, the Manawatu Union 's resolutiou and invited to inake comment on. the position.,
