Reeeived Monday, 10.45 a.m. TOKIO, July 11. Japanese national police today ordered all Communists to evacuate fche Fukui earthquake atea, where they have been eomtaining relief work With proRaganda. It is the first officially-approved aetion against Communists since the occupation began. At least 50 were rouhded Up and eseorted from he area. Some of the Commun,.sts who flocked to the area were from widely scattered points in Japan.
