Received Thursday, 10.25 a.m. PARIS, July 7. The Socialist Party deserted the Government to vote with the Communist Party during the debate on the military budget in the Assembly, thus precipitating ~a possjble Government crisis. The Assembly passed by 276 votes to 183 the Socialist amendment reducing the services estimates. Cabinet is meeting tonight to discuss the. crisis. ^
