WELLIX GTOX, July 7. An 18:year-old youth from the Para- , mata district who was admitted to the Wellington Hospital last evening as a positive case of infantile paralysis, died the same night. It is the tliiid death in the Wellington medical district since the outbreak began last Deeember. The District Medical Offieer of Health (Dr. Hubert Smith) said a further positive case was reported yesterday — a six-year-old child from one of the schools already closed. Dr. Smith said that it had been cfecided in futur'e not to give a daily total of suspected cases admitted to hospital, but to report onlv the positive cases.
