Jreak Lamb A freak still-born lamb weighing 28 lbs. was found foliowing the death of a ewe on a Hicks Bay station. The shepherd states that the lamb was like a small ram, even to the nose.and wrinkles on the facc. Under the skin there was a thick layer of jelly-like substance. Mr. A. Leslie, chief veterinary officer of the Veterinary Services Councii, who recently visited Gisborne, said he believed the Dominion® recori for a lamb at birth was 22-^- lbs.
