H.v Owen, • as "a- .very special .kind of dean." "Once a bishap always' a bishop anless there is some extraordinary •:eason," said Bishop Owen. "Therefore, you -must not deprive Dean Holland of his tcorrect title. Ordinarily you would address him as the Very Reverend Dean, but as he is aiso a bishop, if you write to him /ou must call him Right Reverend Dean."
