stealing topls valned at £107, to which cliarge he pleaded guilty. Collis and Morgan were remanded to appear at Wellington 011 a joint cliarge of breaking and entering the eountiugliouse of Kickard and'BuriiS and stealing jewellery, etc., valued at £137.
