The health inspector, Mr. W. J. Guinan, has been given authority by the Marine Department to arrange for its disposal to prevent it becoming a nuisance, and this work was to have been commenced today. It is proposed to burn as much of the carcase as possible and then, using a bulldozer, bury what remains below high water mark.
