Keceivea Fnaay, 10.50 p.m. LONDON, July 2. Reuter 's Tokio correspondent states that lloods now threaten Fukui City already stricken by earthquakes and fire. The waters of the Ketzuryu River spilled over their banks early today and a police warning said the dykes were ahout to break. Qne report said a- temporary wooden hridge outside Fukui City erected to serve in place of the hridge destroyed by earthquakes had been washed away, cutting the communication lines to. the northern areas of the city. Thousands of persons from Fqkui have been sent to the river to help strengthen the dykes.
