Received Wednesday, 7.5 p.m. LONDON, June 30. Marshal Sokolovsky, in a letter to. General Robertson, said the Soviet traffic restrictions imposed in Berlin were "not of a permanent nature." He added that he hoped the resumption of rail traffic between the West and Berlin would he possihle hefore Berlin 's food supply ran out. The letter added that the restrictions imposed on niotor traffic on the Helmstedt-Beriin road, would have to he maintained to prevent the illegal importation of the new Western Zone currency.
