Received Tuesday, 11.10 a.m. LONDON, June 21, Representatives of 3,000 dockers in one group of the London dock strikers have decided to advise ihe men to return to work tomorrow. An official of the groun said that he expecied the men to accept the advice, Meanwhile, a new strike has beguh on the Clyde. Eight ships are affected by an unofficial strike of hetween 50Q and 6QQ ship scalers, The dispute began over tiie employment of non-'Unipn labonr, The strikers refused to accept their leaders' advice to resume work pending negotiations. In the House of Commons tbe Parliamentary secretary to ihe Ministry of Labour, Mr. Ness Edwards, said the London dock strike mvolyed 19,Q00 workers out of ihe tatai force of 27,000. If the stoppage continued it would stagg'er essential food supplies.
