AUCKLAND, June 19. Eric Mareo, who was released from . Auckland prison on May 11, after serving 12 }-ears for the murder of his wif e, was married in St. George 's Church, Seatoun, Wellington, on June 7. Described as an author, aged 5(5, . whose parents are given as Raymond Peckotsch and Mary Curtis, he ivas married under the name of Eric Curtis. His bride was Miss GJadys Ethel Andreae, described in the inarriage , licence as a spinster, aged 57, of Auckland. Witnesses at the ceremony were Mrs. Betty M. Rushveorth^ married, of Seatoun, and Mr. Alan E._ Fish, clerk, single, of Auckland.
