WAIMEHA TOWNSHIP WATER SUPPLY MAINTENANCE A UNIFORM WATER RATE (under the provisions of Section 82 of "The Municipal Corporations Act, 1933," and amendments, also Order-in-Council dated 17th December, 1929) on all lands and buildings in the Waimeha Township Water Supply Special Rating District, as follows: — (a) All lands and buildings used as dwelling houses to which water is supplied where the rateable annual value does not exceed £12-10/-, a rate of- ten shillings. (b) All lands and buildings used. as dwelling houses to which water is supplied where the rateable annual value exceeds £12/10/-, a rate of six per centum (6%) on such value. Provided that if such rate produces less than ten shillings in respect to any such land or dwelling house, a rate of ten shillings.
