WELLINGTON, June 15. The Health Department ~ afinounced that since the poliomyelitis outbreak began towards the end qf 1947, almost 540 positive cases 'had been reported throughout Neiy Zealand. Eighteen posi--tive cases were -admitted -tq 'New Zealand hospitals last week.
