COMPLAINTS BY GERMANS

Received Wednesday, 10 a.m. LONDON, June 8. Lieut.-General Sir Gordon Macready, British bi-zonal chief, today denounced German complaints about the internationalisation of the Ruhr. "They said the same after the first world war. They still say 'leave us alone. German aggression will never happen again.' I don't see that there is any more guarantee now than then." German labour leaders, representing over 1,000,000 Ruhr miners and metal workers, expressed disapproval of the London agreement. The French Cabinet has deeided to submit the six-power recommendations on Western Germany to a National Assembly vote. A Cabinet spokesman said: "The conclusion from the Government's deliberations is that it approved the London agreement."
