POSITION AT AUCKLAND

AUCKLAND, June 7. Another positive case of infantile paralysis in Auckland was reported today. The patient is a girl aged 1-1 from Ponsonby, who was admitted to the Auckland Hospital as a suspect on June 1. A boy aged four, who was admitted from Puni, near Pukekohe, as a suspect on Friday, has been declared a negative case. There were 49 positive cases and one suspect in hospital today. Thirtyeight of the positive cases are eonvalcscent.
