Lords Want Death Penalty Retained
Received Thursday, 11.40 a.m. LONDON, Jpne 3. The House of Lords, after a dayIqng debate, voted by 131 to 38 in favour of Lord LleweHan's motion deleting the no hanging clause frcm the Criminal Justice Bill. The House of Lords will now send the Bill back to the Housp of Commons for reconsideration.
