LONDON, May 31. Commenting on Mr. Nasli's announcement tkat New Zeajand intends to convert a large proportion of £19,250,000 inscribed stoek, the Manchester Guardian's financial editor states that^.preparations for the new issue are now going forward and it is believed that the terms will be made public in abont three weelts. He adds that in the market it is taken for granted that the rate of interest on the new stock will be lixed at the now eustoinary 3 per eent. It is thought possible, however, that in other respeets the terms will be more t'avourable to the borrower than those of the recent Australian l'oan. ~
