WELLINGTOS, May 20. After an absence from New Zealan 1 of 10 years, Pat, Fraley, tlie Texan singiug cowboy, made a reappearance at the Town Hall, Wellington, tonight and proved that he is as good a wrestler as he was iu 1938, by beating Dutch Hefner, his fellow Texan, by two falls to one. Hefner, who scaled 16st. ,81b. to Fraley 's 17st., took a fall in the third round with a body press following jolts, and Fraley evened in the sixth session with a step-over toeliold. After a liectic seventh round had been in progress for 2min. 7sec., Hefner took just a trifle too long to recover his wind and was counted out by the referee, Mr. Jenkins, the match thus going to Fraley bj two falls to one,
