Received Fridav, 9.25 p.m. CAIRO, May 14. Under the state of siege. which comes into operation in Egypt 011 Saturday inilitary eensorship will be elamped down 011 the press, postal and telegraphie coinmunieations both internel and foreign. Anti-aireraft batteries will be fuily manned at airlields, ports and other strategie plaees and army units will guard all public buildings. Suspoets will lie rounded up and interned. Senior Egyptian army officers yesterday flew to El Arish to plan the disposition of Egv]>tian army units along ihe Palestine frontier. ;.
