? : - (To the Editor) , Bir,~This is a warniiig to Vogel. Street pedestrians, as 'Some thoughtless person is m the habit of tethering a cow to "one of the ornamental trees near the -footpath. If you don't keep your eyes wide open you are apt to fall over it as it camps on . the footpath. Should the councillors know of a ' more dangerous practice than this I Would like to hear about it, and also, if an accident occurs, who pays for it? Yours etc., • • .• "SAFETY FIRST."
