Received Sundav, 7 p.m. LONDON, May 8. An organisation in Paris claiming to represent "free opinion" in BveioRussia, Bulgaria, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Rumania, Slovakia and the Ukraine, sent a letter to the United Europe Congress at The Hague, saving: "The so-called Governments installed in our countries do not represent the people in anv wav whatsoever. We refuse to admit tliat Europe can allow indelinitely this state of affairs. " Moseow radio said the Western Nations were using the United Europe Congress at The Hague to deprive Western European_.States of their national sovereignty and to ' use them against the Soviet Union.
