Table Tennis Club Opens Its Season
The Weraroa Table Tennis Club held its official opening this week and there was an attendance of over 20. The president, Mr. D. Johnson, in declaring the season open, thanked all those present fo attending and expressed the hope" - that the season would be a success-7 ful one. During the eveninfe a Yankee tournament was held, the winners being Miss J. Hanson.and Mr..D. Forster. Supper was then served and the remainder of the evening was spent in playing friendly games. Members and intending "lembers are reminided that the club*nights are now Mondays and Wednesdays at 7.30 p.m.
