AVith 20 overseas ships, including three intercolon'ial vessels, in port to night, Wellington"s berthing facilities were ta,xed to the limit. -The last arrival of four overseas ships which entered port todav, the City of Btv Albans, lay tonight in the stream. The total gro.ss tonnage of overseas ships in port veaehfed the irnpressive ligure of 171,. "551 tons. Serious concern at the congestion was expressed by Weilington shipping offieials.
