Un-American Activities Committee to-day unanimously deeided to subinit legislation to Congress to curb the activity of the Communist Part.y and its ' ' front ' > organisatioils. The Bill which will be .debated in the House of Representatives next weelc, wiil ciefine the American Communist Partv as a branch of international conspiracy and will subject its preseht leaders to' a 10,000 do'.lars hue and a year's gaol for criminal conspiracy. It will require the CoinmuniSL Party to register annually with the Justice Department and provide the Governinent with a list of members. The Bill will bar Communist Party members from Governmeut jobs apd forbid them to seek Governmeint positions witnoui disclosing that they are Commumsts.
