Challenging Mr. Harpld Wilson, presi dent of the Board of -trade, on the World trade charter draWn up at Havana and -sigffed by 62 nations, Mr. Lennox-Boyd, Conservative for "MfdBedfordsliire^' said it was a tragie error. "It appears to ua to be madness to break up that system now that the concert of Europe is over," he said. "We see in the Havana reeonmiendations the same alarming phrases we heard at the International Trade Conference at Geneva" — when some imperial pref'prences were eut.
