A party of Australian ex-service-men en route to Auckland to, take part in the Apzac Bay ceremonies there were greeted when the train reached Levin last nigtLt ny representatives of the Levin R.S.A., executive, comprising Dr. S. J'. Thompson, Rev. A. Salmond, Messrs. J. Allen, C. E. Wiseley and; J.. Corbishley and in his capacity of district vice-president of -the R.S.A. and Mayor of Levin, Mr. H. B. Burdekin. 'Keen anticipation of an enjoyable s.tay in the, D.ominion was ^ho-wn by the visitors.. Their arrlval at Levin caused considerable interest among travellers on the station. After introductions. had been effected, packages. containing refreshments. were dis.-tribu-ted among the party. As the train moved slowly from the station, the visitors gave voiee to the well-known war-time song, "Australia Will Be There" and other typieally Australian ditties.
