Competition Hockey Starts In Horowhenua

The Horowhenua Hockey Association opened its inter-club competitions on Saturday when games were played - at the Weraroa Domain and Otaki. The Te Horq.team, playing: some of its old timers, proved to be too experienced for its opponents, Levin A, 'who fielded young players. G. Windley, H. Ashdown and' E. Gawler .scored goals for .Te Horo, while Tuohy and Goodwin were successful for Levin.
