MASTERTON, April 2U. An amendment of the Transport Act probably would come before I the next session of Parliament, the No. 2 Transport Licensing Auther- , ity, Mr. P. Skoglund, said at a sitting in Masterton. This would provide for the setting up of a Transport Co-ordination Board and a thorough investigatlon of the couiitry's road, rail, sea and air transport. - In refusing tlie Tui. Brewery Company permission to caiTy buik beer by road, Mr. Skoglund -said that the stability of the ^ailways Department, whieh was bad ehough now, would be still further a'ffected if manilfacturers were thus- allowed to uso the road.
