Communist School Found In Canada
Beeoived Sundav, 7 p.m. OTTAWA, April 17. Tlio Montreal police last night raided wliat they termed a well organised Coaimunist school for the instruction of children of Ckrainian deseent. They qiiestioned the teacher apd about twelve children aged between 10 and lo years, several whereof could not spcak Knglish. They also seized school boohs. The police said the children informed them most of the lectures dealt with the iSovict Fnion's aehievements in the Tkraine. Among the books seized were textbooks dealing with the kussinn revolution. The children had also formed a band and playcd pieces like "Htalin Our Uero" aml "lied Army March". The raid was , made under the provisions of the provincial "padloek" law. The police said it was up to the Attorney-General to decide whether a padloeking order against the premises should be issued.
